Technical Support Training

The candidate will complete the curse in the technical support training area where the Technical Support Supervisor will conduct the training:

  b) The candidate will receive training on how to quick troubleshot, find and resolve issues on the XPC
     
  c) The candidate will learn how to quick search for spec information, driver download sites, BIOS download sites, etc.
     
  d) The candidate will receive training on how to download and update BIOS on the XPC
     
  e) The candidate will receive information on SCG and Global FAQS
