Shuttle Technical Support Certification (STSC) Program
General Overview Curriculum Shuttle Authorized Repair Center Register Now

 


  • The candidate must have one of the following:

    1. One to two years of tech support experience
    2. Computer technician certification or similar
    3. Microsoft Certification (Any)

  • The candidate or the company that he/She represents must have:

    1. Reseller permit
    2. Business location

  • The cost of the certification will be $495.00

    1. Reimbursement airfare may be available (Call Shuttle for details)
    2. Reimbursement for hotel fee may be available (Call Shuttle for details)


  • Certification will be conducted in 2 days

    1. SCG will conduct certification classes 2 times a month, on the first and the third Thursdays of the month.
    2. Because space is limited, after the candidate submits the application, SCG will assign the date for the training to take effect.

  • Certified Technicians will receive:

    1. “Shuttle Authorized Repair Center Certificate”
    2. “Shuttle Technical Support Certificate”

 


Shuttle Authorized Service Center Certificate

Purpose:

  1. Technical Training: To transfer the knowledge and skills needed to service and support Shuttle Products to certified Technicians.
  2. Certification: To ensure proper service and support for Shuttle products.

Benefits:

  1. Shuttle Computer Group will provide special discount prices on components for Authorized Repair Centers.
  2. Authorized Repair Centers will generate more profit from Shuttle Products, as they will be able to charge customers directly for any repairs.
