Simply set up your image and send it to us (for Windows and Linux operating systems); we'll capture and prepare it on our deployment server, where it resides, ready for quick production.

We create a unique ID for your custom configuration and deploy your image during production.

Our experts work with you to understand your default BIOS settings requirements, like a custom splash screen, power-on after power failure, Wake-on-LAN and more. Your custom BIOS is installed during production and imaging so you can deploy your computers quickly.

We submit your custom build to an NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) for safety testing. Consult with our Solutions Experts for more details.

All of our systems are built and tested by our experienced technicians; after assembly, all units undergo burn-in testing to make sure your system meets our high standards before being shipped.

If your system has additional ports, we install them during production. We can also create custom-build instructions for ports that are in specific locations.

We can create a custom image for your system to implement a RAID 1 or RAID 0 configuration during production and imaging of your system.

We pre-build and test your systems and provide and store consigned stock in our warehouse, ready for fast deployment to you or your customers.

Decrease shipping and handling costs, and save time, too. We'll direct or drop-ship within the North America region of handling and shipment.

When your customers receive your computers via blind drop, all Shuttle references are removed from shipping labels and packaging before adding your address for return shipping, within the North America region.
